The first paragraph was an excerpt from an actual medical evaluation from the 20's. "She makes herself useful" is a harrowing synthesis of this person's being.
The second paragraph is a free-form of lyrics from the album itself.
In Storm's anthemic "8 Miles Wide," she echoes the refrain "Vigantic" from the Pixies song "Gigantic [a big, big love.]"
If you're familiar with what part of Storm is Eight Miles Wide, you'll understand why all the letters look so sweaty and happy.
